- Practice has been in the community for 30+ years with wide range of experience
- Team of 1 Urogynecologists, 6 Ob/Gyns, 2 CNMs, 1 APRN and 2 PA's

Requirements
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted State Medical License
- Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- BLS
