Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Locums - Elkins, West Virginia, OB/GYN Hospitalist Job (IMLC Accepted)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months

Schedule & Call:

• 24-hour call shifts only

• No clinic hours

• Call: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.

• Must be within 10 minutes of the hospital for critical cases

• Coverage needed: 1 week per month

Practice Setting:

• Labor & Delivery

• EMR: Paragon

• Support staff onsite, including:

  • Labor & Delivery nursing staff

  • Pediatrics

  • Anesthesia

Patient Volume & Population:

• Child-rearing age patients

• Average 1 birth per day

Procedures:

• All OB/GYN procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• DEA required

• 5+ years of experience preferred

• Active West Virginia license or IMLC accepted

• Willing to license providers with IMLC only

• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
