Immediate Dates: December 2, 5, 9, 11, 18, 24, 25, 26, 27, 31, January 1, 2 (Will be more consistent of full weeks ongoing - these dates are what is open for the immediate future)
Details/Requirements for Assignment
Schedule: December, ongoing for 12-18 months
Patient volume: 24-28 patients per day clinic
Full weeks of clinic needed - Full time schedule open
8am to 5pm daily
Bread and butter clinic work
Licensure: Active Florida license or IMLC eligible
Privileges: 60 privileges available for quick onboarding
EMR: Epic
