- Block Schedule: 5 consecutive 24-hour shifts followed by 10 days off
- Clinic Coverage: Monday-Friday
- On-Call Coverage: Traditional evening and weekend call while on the 5-day block
- Housing: Provided within 20 minutes of the hospital
