Medical City Plano seeks a full-time, board-certified OB/GYN to join a high‑performing OB Hospitalist team offering flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. Qualified Candidates

• 24‑hour shifts
• No on‑call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work‑life balance
• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
• Strong, reliable back‑up call system
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
• Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
