Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OBGYN) Physician to join an established healthcare system in Shelbyville, Kentucky - just a 30-minute drive to Louisville. The facility offers inpatient and outpatient medical/surgical care, full diagnostic services, and 24-hour emergency care for men, women, and children.

Overview :

Full-spectrum OBGYN hospitalist role

Full-time position with flexible scheduling for optimal work-life balance

Triage responsibilities included

Strong subspecialty support: MFM, anesthesia, neonatology, GYN/ONC, and URO/GYN

General and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care available

Dedicated surgical unit with private rooms and specialized nursing care for women

No additional call coverage required

Requirements

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Active medical license in the state of Kentucky (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care

Work-life balance with 6 to 8 24-hour shifts per month
