Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Obstetric and Gynecology physician to join their well-established care team in Williston, North Dakota. The incoming provider will collaborate with two OB/GYNs and two advanced practice providers in a supportive clinic setting adjacent to the hospital. - Well-established OB/GYN care team including 2 OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers
- Clinic is adjacent to the hospital (CHI Medical Center)
- 15 exam rooms with ultrasound and lab services conveniently located at the clinic
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation of $450,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
