Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, consult, and provide pre-, intra- and postoperative care for female patients of all ages
- Treat injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system
- Provide nonsurgical treatment for disorders and injuries of the mammary glands
- Be involved in medical education and research

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Board Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- Demonstrate competence and adequate volumes of experience to include 50 deliveries (including 5 cesarean sections) and 25 gynecological surgical procedures in the last 12 months
