Putnam Hospital Center of Northwell Health is seeking a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join their established network of providers. This generalist position involves a mix of office/surgery days and a 1 in 4 call schedule. The role offers an opportunity to practice in a community hospital setting with a focus on quality patient care.

- 165-bed community hospital
- Labor and Delivery Unit sees about 360 babies born each year
- Staff of more than 300 physicians
- Offers medical, surgical, psychiatric, oncology, pediatric, orthopedic, obstetrical/gynecological, and intensive care
- Provides 24-hour emergency services and home health care
Compensation
- Salary Range: $375,000 - $500,000, relative to experience
- Sign-On Bonus
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity

Shift & Schedule
- 3 office/surgery days per week
- 1 in 4 call schedule (sharing amongst 4 physicians)
- Call schedule is one week day per week and every fourth Friday-Sunday
- Call may be taken from home but the provider must be within 30 minutes driving distance to the hospital
