Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE OB-GYN to join its collegial team of physicians, NPs, and CNMs in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Providers can choose from a traditional OB/GYN model, a laborist model, or a hybrid of both, delivering a broad range of outpatient gynecological and obstetric services. This hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to live and work in a premier coastal setting while balancing professional and personal needs.
Practice Info
- Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Cape Cod Hospital
- Busy outpatient practice delivering a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services
- Collaborate with a team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs, 5 CNMs, and maternity nurses
- Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care
- Pediatric hospitalists available 24/7
Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services in an outpatient practice setting
- Perform deliveries and surgeries at Cape Cod Hospital
- Provide patient care within a traditional OB/GYN model, a laborist model, or a hybrid of both
- Work in collaboration with 24-hour coverage with CNMs

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time

- Laborist role: 14 shifts a month, 7 days / 7 nights in coordination with current laborist
- In-house call coverage: 7PM to 7AM / 7AM - 7PM
- Balanced call schedule with gyn backup
