Obstetrician/Gynecologist Generalist

Immediate opportunity in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at District Medical Group (DMG), practicing at Valleywise Health Medical Center. Valleywise Health is opening a new 240-bed teaching hospital affiliated with Creighton University School of Medicine. The new hospital is designated as a state-of-the-art Level 1 Trauma and Regional Burn Center. Valleywise Health co-sponsors nine residency programs affiliated through the Creighton Arizona Health Education Alliance and Phoenix Children's Hospital, and is well situated in central Phoenix. The position includes employment through DMG, a 400+ multi-specialty group exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching. This role supports the educational initiatives of the OB/GYN department's associated teaching programs.

Responsibilities

• Flexible inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Labor and delivery, outpatient clinic staffing, as well as gynecology consults and surgeries.
• Regular schedule includes weekend and night shifts.

Qualifications

Candidates must have an MD/DO degree, Arizona medical licensure, and be ACOG Board-certified or Board-eligible.
