OBGYN – Wisconsin – Start Date: ASAP – Pay Rate: $390,000.00

We are seeking a compassionate, patient‑centered OB/GYN to join our respected and innovative Women’s Health team in Baldwin, Wisconsin, a welcoming community located just east of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. This is a unique opportunity to practice full‑spectrums obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, low‑intervention care model that values relationship‑based medicine and exceptional outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $390,000
• Additional earning opportunities through either:
  • RVU production incentive model
  • Comprehensive incentive plan incorporating:
    • Quality metrics
    • Patient satisfaction
    • Community engagement
    • Work RVU performance
