Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE OBGYN physician to join their well-established and growing women's health team as a system-wide Laborist at Marshfield Medical Center. This role involves fulfilling an annual requirement of 88 shifts (24 hours) per year, providing full spectrum Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Urogynecology health care services. The physician will join a dynamic team and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on patient care, medical education, and research.

Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum Obstetrics, Gynecology and Urogynecology health care services
- Provide inpatient call coverage with 24-hour shifts
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide pre-, intra- and postoperative care necessary to correct or treat female patients of all ages presenting with injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system
- Provide nonsurgical treatment for disorders and injuries of the mammary glands

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- Experience can be demonstrated by residency procedure log and list of completed rotations (for recent graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by a quality profile from hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the last 12 months, including numbers of procedures morbidity, mortality, infection rates and other complications (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- Ability to demonstrate competence and adequate volumes of experience to include 50 deliveries (including 5 cesarean sections) and 25 gynecological surgical procedures in the last 12 months
