Job Description:

AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking an OB/GYN Physician.

Enjoy the security of a $386,850 guaranteed base salary , coupled with a highly rewarding productivity incentive plan. Physicians who achieve MGMA 75th percentile productivity can realize compensation of $509,321 or more annually . Our established physicians routinely surpass the 75th percentile benchmark within three years, reflecting strong patient demand, robust referral patterns, and efficient practice support.

Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over

600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado.

We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory

surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the

opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Excellent communication skills

• Team Player with patient-first mindset

• Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado

• Current Colorado DEA Licensure

• Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA)
