- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Types of Cases: Bread and butter cases
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications Required: Must be board-certified and have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Licensure Required: Must have an active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) with LOQ
