Compensation: 1099 earning potential of $420,000+ annually based on the standard schedule

Position Overview

This is a full-scope OB/GYN opportunity combining outpatient gynecology, obstetrics, deliveries, surgical procedures, and hospital call. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive medical team with the opportunity to build a strong patient panel and become an integral part of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal and postpartum care, routine gynecology, preventive care, and complex gynecologic conditions
• Perform vaginal and C-section deliveries, including low- and high-risk obstetrics
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgical cases, with minimally invasive surgery opportunities
• Participate in hospital call coverage
• Collaborate with experienced physicians, advanced practice clinicians, midwives, and other specialists
• Utilize Epic for comprehensive clinical documentation
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted provider within the local community

Schedule & Compensation

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Dedicated hospital/inpatient coverage
• 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Hospital call coverage; physicians may work in the clinic during this time if desired
• After 7:00 PM: No overnight call requirement
• Clinic is open until 10:30 PM for physicians who want additional clinical hours
• 1099 physicians are compensated $2,500/day for the standard 7-on/7-off schedule
• Additional clinic work is compensated per patient visit, providing significant earning potential
• Physicians working the standard OB schedule can earn approximately $420,000 annually, with no cap on 1099 earnings
• W-2 option available for physicians who prefer a benefits package

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• New graduates and recent residency graduates welcome
• Strong interest in providing comprehensive OB/GYN care
