This is a high-volume, well-supported position with excellent long-term stability and strong system resources behind it.

- Immediate, robust volume?private OBs are delivering ~40 babies/month
- Call shared with community providers + OB hospitalist/midwifery support
- Ideal for an experienced physician who enjoys collaboration with other busy clinicians, but is open to new graduates as well
- System goal is to grow to 4?5 OB/GYNs in Baytown
- Mix of outpatient clinic, scheduled deliveries, and GYN surgery
- Leadership potential available within the department

- Texas license preferred
