Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are looking for an OBGYN Physician to provide high‑value care in a 4‑day work week model with 7 call shifts per month at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Compensation

• $406,389 guaranteed base salary (additional incentive pay available)
• $39,078 sign‑on bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation bonus

St. Elizabeth Hospital, a 50‑bed Level 4 Trauma Center in Fort Morgan, Colorado, offers a comprehensive range of services and serves as a regional referral center.

Job Requirements

• Completed residency or fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Unrestricted DEA registration
• Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology by an acceptable board
• Medical staff privileges within the health system at sponsoring institution
• MD or DO degree
• Active Colorado medical license

Physical Requirements

Medium work: exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Pay Range

$406,389 – $406,389 per year.
