- 3 office locations
- In-office sonography and mammography
- In-office surgery
- 30/70 OB to GYN patient ratio
- Team of 6 board-certified OB/Gyns, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and 4 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Hospitalists

- MD/DO
- Unrestricted State Medical License
- Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
