Job Description

We are seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our team in White Plains, NY. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers a sign‑on bonus, market‑competitive guaranteed salary with wRVU and bonus incentives, and a shareholder opportunity. You will work within a supportive team that includes physicians, APPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and non‑clinical support staff, and will benefit from a supportive mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care for all patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
• Offer preventative and health‑care maintenance services.
• Collaborate with all providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate health care at one location.

Qualifications

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible OB/GYN.
• Current medical license.
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $320,000‑$500,000. Salary will be based on experience, performance, quality measures, and location.
