Practice Info
- High-acuity OB Hospitalist practice
- Work within MultiCare Deaconess Hospital, servicing 1800 deliveries annually with a Level III NICU
- Pediatrix OB Hospitalist team manages about 20% of total deliveries
- Fully inpatient role with consistent exposure to complex, high-risk obstetric cases
- High-volume transport-in center serving Spokane and surrounding communities
- 5 physician hospitalist team with a collaborative culture and strong subspecialty support
Responsibilities
- Manage complex obstetric care
- Manage OB ED
- Manage labor and emergencies
- Assist providers as needed
- Provide 24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage
- Manage unassigned and high-risk patients, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) patients
Compensation
- Starting Pay Range (Base Pay): $160/hr

Requirements
- Experienced OB Hospitalist
- Open to part-time or full-time seeking candidates
- Comfortable practicing independently in a solo coverage model
- Strong procedural skillset and confidence in acute care scenarios
- BE/BC in OB/GYN
- Ideal for experienced physicians, confident in independent clinical decision making
