Responsibilities
- Help build and shape the new OB-GYN Hospitalist program
- Define workflows, culture, and clinical excellence
- Perform OB and GYN triage/surgery
- Manage labor & delivery
- Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
- Conduct inpatient consults
- Collaborate with community OB/GYNs and nursing teams
- Provide clinical leadership, guide program development, and drive quality initiatives (Medical Director)
Compensation
- Annual compensation is $312,000 - $438,000
- Medical Director stipend is $25,000
- Potential for a moving relocation allowance and sign on bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- 5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a team-based model
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Prior leadership experience preferred (Medical Director)
