Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced OB-GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the development and long-term success of its OB-GYN Hospitalist program in the growing Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role involves providing clinical leadership and strategic direction, partnering with hospital leadership to ensure a high-performing, collaborative, and patient-centered service. The Medical Director will play a crucial role in program development, quality improvement, and team mentorship.

- Level III Trauma Center, Advanced Acute Heart Attack Ready Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Center
- Comprehensive cardiac care, women's services with full-service breast center and advanced imaging, joint replacement, orthopedics, rehabilitation services, cancer services, and advanced wound care
- Certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an advanced Level III Maternal and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Team Structure: 1 Medical Director + 4 OB-GYN Hospitalists
- Scope of Practice: OB and GYN triage and surgery, Labor & delivery management, Obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, Inpatient consults
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OB-GYN hospitalist team
- Lead program development, including workflows, protocols, and team culture
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and community OB/GYNs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of hospitalist providers
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
