Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their established program at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. Practice Info
- Established OB/GYN hospitalist program within Sky Ridge Medical Center
- 24/7 in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage to support labor and delivery patients
- Collaborative model with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists available onsite and via 24/7 consults, perinatal nurse practitioners, and experienced L&D nursing teams
- Fully inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist role
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration across obstetrics, neonatology, and nursing teams
- Located in Lone Tree, CO (Denver metro area), within a 284-bed acute care hospital with an award-winning birth center and comprehensive women's services program
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 in-house coverage for labor & delivery
- Evaluate and manage patients in OB triage and admissions
- Perform labor management and fetal monitoring
- Respond to OB/GYN emergencies and urgent care needs
- Perform delivery attendance and surgical assists, including cesarean sections
- Provide care for unassigned and high-risk patients
- Conduct OB/GYN consults in the ED and inpatient units
- Participate in quality, safety, and patient care initiatives
