Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking an MD or DO specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology to join their growing Women's Health team. This role offers 24-hour OB hospitalist shifts with a flexible schedule and the option to incorporate clinic work. The position is part-time/per diem, serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio.

- One delivering hospital with in-unit sleep room
- Level II Special Care Nursery; 32+ weeks
- Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
- Remote participation in high-risk meetings
- Cerner/Oracle Health EMR fully integrated in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour OB hospitalist shifts
- Perform scheduled C-sections + gynecology consults
- Manage ED unassigned OB patients + transfer coordination
- Oversee midwives
- Perform non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support
Compensation
- $195,000 base salary for 4 shifts/block
- $2,850 CME/board certification
- $156/hour PRN rate
