OB/GYN

Diana Health, in collaboration with HCA Florida Capital Hospital, is seeking an OB/GYN to join their national network of modern women's health practices. This role offers a patient-centered approach with integrated care teams, allowing OB/GYNs to practice at the top of their scope. The position emphasizes physician well-being and high-quality care delivery.

Practice Info

• Integrated care teams including LCSWs, lactation, education, and specialists
• Tech-enabled practice with strong operational support
• National practice network focused on quality, outcomes, and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan
• Perform gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen
• Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as backup to in-house CNMs
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Compensation

• No wRVU or productivity requirements
• Base salary + annual bonus
• Competitive compensation
• Salary: $275,000 - $400,000

Shift & Schedule

• 3.5-day work week
• Multiple 3-day weekends off a month
• CNMs take first call, with OB/GYNs providing backup
