Practice Info

• Established physician-owned group with equal partnership after 2 years
• Balanced OB/GYN practice with 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology
• Diverse patient population ranging from migrant workers to university professors
• High-risk pregnancies are transferred at 35 weeks to a higher acuity center
• Admit patients at Woodland Memorial Hospital, which is designated baby-friendly and in the process of purchasing a surgical robot
• 105-bed not-for-profit faith-based community hospital with a comprehensive birthing center (7 LDRs, labor tubs, free doula services, 24/7 support person access, and skin-to-skin bonding options)

Compensation

• Competitive salary guarantee: $396,300 for 18 months, then transition to a WRVU productivity model
• $85,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 student loan assistance (if loan assistance is not needed, sign-on bonus increases to $100K)
• Relocation stipend: $20,000 paid directly to the physician

• Must have experience with laparoscopy, minimally invasive hysterectomy, tubal ligation, and IUD insertion
