Responsibilities
- Manage low risk pregnancies (history of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis)
- Interpret FHR – NST, CST, FSE
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds – Level I/screening (viability)
- Conduct routine deliveries including vaginal, forceps, and C-section decision-making
- Manage complicated deliveries including C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions
- Perform VBACs
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Perform surgical gynecology – open procedures
- Perform laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures (tubal ligation, LOA’s, chromal tubation)
- Perform operative and major procedures (ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s)

Shift & Schedule
- Weekday and weekday coverage needed
- 24 Hour Call; 8 AM - 8 AM
- 12 Hour call; 8 AM – 8 PM or 8 PM – 8 AM
- Could be splitting call shifts with other OBGYN providers but would not be on call at the same time
Requirements
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)
- BLS (AHA)
