This role involves 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, with exact dates flexible for 3-6 shifts per month, primarily attending deliveries, C-sections, and handling ER consults. Practice Info
- Setting: Call Only
- Patients per Day: 1-5
- Staffing Mix: Full support staff with subspecialty backup, including 24/7 pediatric hospitalist coverage, and well-trained RNs and MAs
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage
- Attend deliveries and C-sections, including high-risk cases
- Handle emergency room consults
- Perform occasional urgent GYN procedures
- Offer patient care within a 72-bed hospital setting
