OB/GYN Physician

SSM Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join a thriving women's health practice at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis. This unique position offers the opportunity to build a community-based practice while teaching residents and medical students through the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Practice Info

• Join an established team of 13 OB/GYN physicians
• Four residents provide in-house Labor & Delivery support
• Level III NICU, Perinatal Center, and satellite location of the Cardinal Glennon Fetal Care Institute
• Access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine and comprehensive OB/GYN subspecialty support
• da Vinci robotic surgical technology
• Epic EMR system-wide

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including routine and high-risk obstetrics
• Provide Labor & Delivery coverage
• Provide preventive women's healthcare and general gynecology
• Perform office procedures and surgical gynecology
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
• Teach residents and medical students in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Mentor the next generation of physicians
• Participate in quality and educational initiatives based on your interests

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Interest in full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Interest in resident and medical student education
• Experience or interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery preferred
