How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients utilizing advanced clinical skills to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered outcomes.
- Champion clinical excellence and cost‑effectiveness by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives that directly elevate patient safety and the overall care experience.
- Provide seamless continuity of care by serving as the admitting, attending, or consulting physician for hospitalized patients, collaborating across teams from admission through discharge.
- Collaborate on complex cases by providing expert inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations, working alongside a dedicated 5‑physician group and 24/7 anesthesia support.
- Ensure clinical integrity and administrative compliance by documenting patient journeys accurately to support insurance requirements and advocate for patient care approvals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
