TAG MedStaffing is hiring an OB/GYN Physician in Phoenix, Arizona for our client, supporting comprehensive women's healthcare services including obstetrics, gynecology, surgical care, and preventive health services. This opportunity will provide full-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and hospital settings while collaborating with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Responsibilities as the OB/GYN Physician:
- Obstetric Care: Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and high-risk pregnancy care for patients throughout the reproductive lifecycle.
- Gynecologic Services: Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions while providing preventive care, annual examinations, and women's health consultations.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures when applicable.
- Patient Management: Manage an established patient panel while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams while contributing to mentorship and clinical excellence initiatives.
- Call Coverage: Participate in call responsibilities, including labor and delivery coverage and after-hours patient care as required.
Qualifications for the OB/GYN Physician:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.
- Licensure: Active or eligible state medical license is required.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) is required.
- Experience: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience providing full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgical procedures and labor and delivery coverage, is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems is required, and familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms is preferred.
