OB/GYN Physician – Obstetric Care

Location: Effingham, IL | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: $300,000 base salary plus $100,000 recruitment package

Overview

An established, physician-led OB/GYN practice is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join its clinical team. This role offers full-scope obstetric, gynecologic, and surgical practice within a comprehensive, mentorship-driven environment, supported by an established referral network and a path toward partnership.

What you'll do

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery
• Manage immediate patient demand supported by an established referral network
• Perform robotic surgery with mentoring available
• Collaborate with dedicated surgical support, including second-scrub assistance
• Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and experienced clinical staff
• Build long-term patient relationships within a community-focused setting
• Pursue partnership opportunity after three years

Required qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Candidates completing residency in 2027 or 2028 are welcome to apply
