Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway , an ambulatory FQHC community‑based practice focused on primary and preventive care.
Opportunity Details
- 40‑hour work week with required late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.
- Treat acute conditions in:
- Gynecology cases
- Obstetrics cases
- Provide care for an underserved patient population and help improve the quality of life for New York City residents.
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary is $296,000* (board eligible) or $301,000* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation is available for extra sessional/per diem hours.
The estimated annual total value of the compensation package is $395,800** (board eligible) or $401,300** (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
- Estimated additional compensation: $70,200*** for 10 extra sessional/per diem hours worked per week.
- 401(k) company contribution: 3% of base earnings immediately vested; 7% after one year of service.
