Job Details
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule
- Collaborative group practice model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives
- Average patient census of 18 per day
- Full‑range OB‑GYN services including urogynecology and midwifery
- Longer patient visit times to support personalized, relationship‑based care
- Supports medicated and unmedicated birth options for comprehensive patient‑centered care
- DEA licensure required
- Location: Mokena, Illinois
