CompHealth is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible OB-GYN to join a large, well-established multi-specialty group. This role offers a flexible and negotiable schedule, supported by robust midlevel staff across 11 clinics. The position provides an opportunity to practice in a resort city with easy access to San Diego, CA, and Las Vegas, NV.

Compensation
- Productivity-based and discretionary bonuses available
- Option to pick up GYN hospitalist call for additional compensation while on OB call
- Robotics experience supports higher bonus potential
Shift & Schedule
- Shared home call structure; 1 - 2 weeknight calls per week and 1 weekend call per month
- Flexible, negotiable schedule based on provider preference for clinic, OR, or delivery volume
