OB/GYN Physician - High Earning Potential, Sign-On Bonus

Gould Medical Group in Tracy, CA seeks a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a growing practice. The position features a starting base salary of $455,519 with a two-year salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus, and loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000. Residency stipend is available, and an RVU-based compensation model starts in year 2 with RVU bonus potential during the guarantee period.

Robotics experience is preferred. Expect about 25–30 patients per day in clinic.
