Abrazo Medical Group, in partnership with a private practice, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join a growing, community-focused women's health team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume within an established, patient-centered practice. The role provides a supportive group environment and the backing of a reputable hospital partner, Abrazo Hospital - Arrowhead Campus.
Practice Info
- Private Practice setting
- 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient practice split
- Patient volume: 22-28 clinic patients/day; 5-10 hospital patients/day
- Operates across three offices in Phoenix West Valley (Glendale, Goodyear, Surprise)
- One office location on the Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
- Dedicated physician support staff available for hospital rounding
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary
- Productivity-based compensation model
- Guaranteed salary plus performance incentives
- Bonus offered: Relocation, Productivity, Negotiable
Shift & Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call Frequency: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month (1:4 rotation)
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Completion of a 3-year OB/GYN fellowship required
- New fellowship graduates welcome to apply
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to women's health
- J-1 visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
