Overview

Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. The affiliated practice, Desert West OBGYN, is searching for a full‑time OB/GYN to join their team in Fall 2027. This position offers a private practice physician environment with a partnership track of 2–3 years to become an owner.

Location

Glendale, AZ – vibrant urban amenities, outdoor recreation, proximity to Phoenix, and a lower cost of living compared to many metropolitan areas.

Position Highlights

• Joining an established and busy OBGYN practice serving the Western Phoenix, Glendale, and Peoria areas.
• True quality‑of‑life opportunity – only 4 call shifts per month.
• Practice a good mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Employee with opportunity to become a member (shareholder) in the group in 2–3 years.
• Deliver and operate at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center with a Level III NICU, robotic surgical system, and MFM on medical staff for consults.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current unrestricted AZ Medical License (or ability to obtain one).
• Current unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain one).
