Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG)
- Board certification required within five years of eligibility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
