Requirements
- MD or DO
- Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- BE or BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG)
- Board certification required within five years of eligibility
- Current BLS certification
