OB/GYN Physician

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their growing team in Castro Valley, California. This is an opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative group that emphasizes evidence-based medicine. The role involves both office-based procedures and hospital call coverage, serving a busy practice with an active patient waitlist.

• Collaborative group of OBGYNs practicing evidence-based medicine in a team-based manner
• Busy practice with active waitlist for patients
• Located in Castro Valley, California (Eden Hospital and medical office building at 20101 Lake Chabot Road)
• Multi-specialty medical group with over 370 clinicians practicing in 25+ specialties in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties
• Affiliated with Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation, a not-for-profit health care organization

Responsibilities

• Perform in-office hysteroscopy
• Perform advanced laparoscopy
• Utilize robotic surgical techniques
• Practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Cover 24-hour call shifts on a rotational basis at Eden Medical Center

Compensation

• $409,184 - $438,653 /Yr.

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• 8 hour office day
• Goal for 20-24 pts/day
• About one-24 hr call shift/week, about 4-5/month
• Covers Eden Medical Center on a rotational basis

Requirements

• An active and unrestricted CA license or ability to obtain upon hire
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
