Abrazo Medical Group, in partnership with a thriving private OB/GYN practice, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join a growing, community-focused women's health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to step into an established, patient-centered practice with immediate volume and a supportive group environment. - Private practice setting with a skilled and empathetic team of board-certified OB/GYN specialists
- Practice operates across three conveniently located offices in the Phoenix West Valley: Glendale, Goodyear, and Surprise
- One office location on the Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
- Dedicated physician support staff available for hospital rounding
- 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient practice split
- Primary Hospital: Abrazo Hospital - Arrowhead Campus
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary
- Productivity-based compensation model

Shift & Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call Frequency: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month (1:4 rotation)
- Patient Volume: 22-28 clinic patients/day; 5-10 hospital patients/day
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Completion of a 3-year OB/GYN fellowship required
- New fellowship graduates welcome to apply
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to women's health
- J-1 visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
