Current Practice Environment

• Primary volume supported by a highly productive, experienced OB/GYN
• Additional support from:
  • Affiliated providers within Missouri Highlands
  • Nurse Midwife
  • Locums coverage (supplemental)
• Collaborative,non-territorial environmentwith cross-coverage as needed

Facility & Clinical Resources

• ~1,100 deliveries annually (2–3 per day)
• SeparateLabor & Delivery, postpartum, and nursery units
• Private OB rooms
• Well-baby nursery (no NICU; capable of managing 35-week healthy infants)
• Robotics available
• Telehealth access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Pediatric Hospitalists provide nursery coverage
