Join an established health system in North Carolina as an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician for locum tenens coverage in October and December. This role involves a mix of clinic and inpatient duties, including shared call coverage and procedural care. Work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and midwives to deliver comprehensive women's health services in an adult patient setting.

• Operates as part of an established health system
• Provides obstetric and gynecologic services to an adult patient population
• Clinic and hospital-based OB/GYN responsibilities
• Practice averages six inpatient patients per day
• Averages about two admissions per day and night
• Averages 20 to 30 deliveries per month, including C-sections

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care
• Participate in shared call
• Perform procedures such as C-sections, circumcisions, vacuum deliveries, and forceps deliveries

Shift & Schedule

• Dates needed: October and December dates
• Shift type: Day Shift; 24-Hour Call
• Call required: Yes
• Clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Call coverage needed October 16 at 8 a.m. through October 19 at 8 a.m., and December 30 at 8 a.m. through January 1, 2027, at 8 a.m.
