Requirements
- A Medical Degree: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) Or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Degree from an Accredited Medical School
- Board Certification: candidates for this role should be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- The Menopause Society certification required
- Extensive clinical experience: at least 5 years of clinical experience in the field of menopause management, with a focus on treating and managing related conditions including vasomotor symptoms and osteoporosis
- Knowledge of current menopause research and guidelines: well-versed in the latest research and guidelines related to menopause management, including hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options
- Familiarity with current clinical trials and able to integrate evidence-based practices in their treatment plans
