Diana Health is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist to serve as Medical Director in Orange City, Florida, in collaboration with Advent Fish Memorial. This role offers the opportunity to provide full-scope OB/GYN care while shaping clinical strategy and care delivery within a modern, integrated, team-based model. Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including gynecologic procedures and surgeries
- Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical strategy and care delivery
- Collaborate with and support CNMs, focusing on higher-acuity and complex cases
- Lead development of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts
- Partner with leadership on operations, growth, and community impact
- Participate in laborist call as backup to in-house CNMs
- Engage in continuous improvement, education, and team collaboration
Compensation
- Competitive base compensation (no wRVU requirements)
- Annual performance bonus
- Salary: $400,000 - $450,000

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Robotic surgery experience
- Active DEA
- Texas license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
