Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE OB-GYN to join its collegial team in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering traditional, laborist, or hybrid practice models. Providers will deliver a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services in a busy outpatient practice with deliveries and surgeries performed at Cape Cod Hospital. This hospital-employed position provides a balanced call schedule, supportive staff, and the opportunity to enjoy coastal living in a top-tier health system.
Practice Info
- Join a team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs and 5 CNMs
- Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Cape Cod Hospital
- Busy out-patient practice delivering a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services
- Skilled, compassionate team of obstetricians, midwives and maternity nurses
- Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care when needed
- Pediatric hospitalists available 24/7
Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services
- Perform deliveries and surgeries at Cape Cod Hospital
- Work in collaboration with 24 hour coverage with CNMs

Shift & Schedule
- Traditional OB/GYN model, Laborist Model or a Hybrid of both
- Balanced call schedule with gyn backup
- Laborist role would be 14 shifts a month, 7 days /7 nights in coordination with our current Laborist
- In-house call coverage is 7PM to 7AM/ 7AM - 7PM
