Practice Info
- Stable Ob/Gyn Hospitalist practice at Desert Regional Medical Center
- Two OB/GYN Hospitalists in-house at all times
- MFM support 24/7 with in-house coverage and participation in morning rounds
- Dedicated MFM Sonographer on site Monday-Friday
- Approximately 100-120 deliveries per month
- 30-bed Level III NICU (23 weeks and above)
Compensation
- Annual compensation is $265,200 - $372,300

Shift & Schedule
- Real sleep during 24-hour shifts
- Significant rest during 24-hour shifts
- Shared overnight coverage model, where physicians alternate responsibilities overnight, making it feasible to obtain about 5 hours of sleep, depending on clinical volume
- Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis
