This role offers a balanced, lower-acuity practice environment with strong system support and flexible scheduling. Providers will work within a supportive 50-bed hospital setting handling approximately 450 to 500 births per year.
Practice Info
- Approximately 450-500 births per year
- Lower-risk L&D population; high-risk cases transferred to SSM Health St. Marys in Madison
- Triage unit available (no dedicated OB/ED)
- Level III NICU support within the system
- Anesthesia available within 30 minutes
Responsibilities
- Manage labor and delivery for low to moderate-risk patients
- Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, and other essential OB/GYN procedures
- Support triage evaluations and inpatient consults
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible 10-12 hour shifts
